· Ensuring that customers receive an exceptional selling ceremony
· Contributing to the overall sales revenue
· Developing clientele
· Understanding KPI’s and ensuring targets are met
· Thorough knowledge about the brand, their products, identity and day to day procedures.
· Provide excellent customer service (greetings, repairs, cross selling, inquiries about returns etc.)
· Training junior staff wherever necessary
· Stock management and operational knowledge on the digital tools (sales, CRM, CS, omnichannel etc.)
