We are looking for a highly motivated professional to assist with the lead generation process.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Core Responsibilities
• Lead generation and appointment setting for Executive sales team
• New business development by prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, both new and existing contacts
• Build and monitor prospect/lead pipeline to ensure continuous population of immediate and long-term opportunities
• Follow-up on inbound leads and sales inquiries with the use of CRM tools
• Understand a prospects' business needs and develop tailored technology proposals
• Cultivate long term relationships with prospects during the sales cycle
• Create ongoing marketing campaigns via emails, calls, social media, and support business development events to cultivate leads
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound B2B sales
• Willingness to learn and expand knowledge in regards to IT Support & Managed Services
• High energy, self-motivated, competitive individual who can create interest in our products and services
• Strong drive to meet and exceed goals
• Ability to build relationships with prospects
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal, and professional demeanour
• Must be self-motivated with an ability to take the initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience working in the IT industry is preferred but not required.
