We are looking for an ideal candidate who is a motivated, organized, and creative individual, who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. The candidate will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Analyzing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth.
· Create and implement Business Development strategies
· Analyzing business operations and strategies to identify new opportunities.
· Monitoring revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
· Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
· Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities
· Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue.
· Liaising with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue.
· Maintain records of all sales leads and/or client accounts Identifying cost reductions to increase sales revenue.
· Bringing projects through freelancing platforms i.e., Fiver, Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.
· Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
· Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
· Educate clients on how the company's services can benefit them financially and professionally -Sell the company’s services to clients.
· Acquiring business through different platforms for Web Design, SEO, social media.
Requirements, skills, and abilities:
· Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Development, Marketing, or similar.
· Previous experience as a Business Development Specialist in a services-based IT industry.
· Basic Knowledge of IT Tech stacks and common services offered.
· Advanced knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion.
· Experience in identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients.
· Ability to maintain strong client relationships and establish industry partnerships.
· Competency in negotiating and closing business deals.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
· Minimum Experience of 2 years in the current role.
