What you will be doing
Plan and implement improvements, modifications and replacements to run smooth MIS operations
Maximize network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
Install, maintain and upgrade operating system, software and printing systems
Perform disaster recovery operations and data backups as per requirement
Procure network equipment and manage subcontractors involved with network installation
Work within established configuration and change network infrastructure policies to ensure awareness, approval and success
Provide software, internet and other IT related support
Arrange scheduled upgrades and investigate faults in the network
Resolve problems related to surveillance cameras, DVR and NVR
Perform daily helpdesk activities through phone call/email/ticketing
What you need to succeed at this role
BS/MS in Computer Sciences with 4-5 years’ relevant experience
An analytical mind to learn and adopt latest technologies quickly
Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware
Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions
Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
