We are looking for a resource to undertake all administrative and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. As Front Desk Officer, you will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
You are also expected to have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information.
Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
Receive letters, packages and distribute them in relevant departments.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Coordinate with support staff for any task assigned by the manager.
