Full Job Description
a. Managing Gerber's Software
b. Leading the GGT Team (Lay Planning, Marker Making, Consumption Analysis)
c. Can develop and make grading of any new pattern
d. Marker Making, Amendments, follow-up for Cutting Plans & their Requirements,
e. Maintain the complete CAD system Plotter and Digitizer up to date and upgrade from software to hardware.
f. Monitoring Cutting Wastes (Small Waste, Large Waste & Cut Panel Waste etc.)
g. Daily production Status, spreading loss, Cutter Efficiency and small waste on daily basis
h. Lay Planning, GGT Plan vs. Cut and Allowed vs. Actual Margins. Plan vs. Actual and Fabric Saving Monitoring
To look after the maintenance of Gerber Machine and repair tiny faults by our self.
Managing the Department for effective performances
Should be an expert in pattern making in garments industry.
All kind of Cutting Knowledge and GGT system.
Strong designing knowledge of computerized cutting.
Education Required: Preferred education B.A. (Fashion Designing) or B.Sc. (Dress Designing)
