Recruit the best talent in the market and ensure vacant positions are filled on time.
Oversee the recruitment and hiring process of new employees.
Design interesting onboarding sessions and keep the workplace fun and engaging.
Regularly organize programs for learning and interdepartmental interaction.
Arrange new employee orientations/training and manage the company’s Internship, Management Trainee and Apprenticeship programs.
Execute Performance Management System and manage the distribution of associated certificates/awards.
Provide monthly attendance report to payroll within due date.
Make accurate monthly addition/deletion of employees in Employee portal, finalization of contributions sheets and sharing it with Head Office.
Create company policies that will encourage a healthy work environment.
Address complaints and resolve them by implementing innovative solutions.
Oversee HR metrics and document the observations for future policymaking reference.
Take action against employees not following company policy.
Conducting client meetings with the Director
Recording meeting minutes and action items
Delegating tasks & action items to the team and setting realistic deadlines
Conducting weekly meetings with the team and recording minutes every Monday
Submitting a report every Friday with all the completed tasks and next week plan
Looking for ways to increase the team’s productivity
Ensuring deadlines are met.
Organizing and attending stakeholder meetings.
Requirements
Education: Bachelors/Masters (Business Administration).
Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in any HR roles.
Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of HR functions: pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.
Laws: Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
Good negotiation and project management skills
An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
Problem-solving and decision-making attitude
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner will be a plus
