We are looking for a Receptionist / Front Desk Officer
Graduate with prior experience in the relevant field.
Well groomed with good communication skills.
Welcome visitors to the facility & introduce them to the relevant person.
Management and handling of queries via calls, fax, email, general documentation & correspondence.
Scanning of letters, receiving packages and send them to appropriate destinations.
Other duties as assigned by higher management.
Good skills in Microsoft PowerPoint.
