Job Summary:

Cyber Advance Solutions (Pvt) Ltd is looking for an Additional General Manager/Business Head who is comfortable working in an autonomous environment and will work closely with General Manager formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies. The goal will be to ensure the profitability of our company’s activities to drive sustainable development and long-term success. He will direct the workflow of developers, offshore account and business development. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring our profits are on the rise. You will report directly to the General Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

A business head is expected to improve efficiency and increase profits while managing the overall operations of the company.

Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity.

Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals.

Responsible to enhance performance in a manner which incorporates the company’s vision and culture.

Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.)

Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity

Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers.

Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports.

Assess overall company performance against objectives.

Represent the company in events, conferences etc.

Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines.

Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.

Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.

Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to customers.

Engage in key or targeted customer activities.

Oversee key hiring and talent development programs.

Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent.

Communicate strategy and results to the unit's employees.

Report key results to general manager.

Engage with general manager in broader organizational strategic planning.

Requirements

· Proven experience as business head or relevant role.

· Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development.

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems.

· Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques.

· BSc/Ba in Business Management or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Rs150,000.00 per month
