CureMD engineering use Scrum framework and Agile methodology to develop the next-generation Software Products. We’re looking for high energy Project Management Professionals with rich experience, ready to play the roles of Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach for high performance software engineering teams. We need our Project Managers to be agile, organized, versatile, mentor people, mature processes with servant leadership and problem-solving qualities.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer, Engineering, Management Sciences or in any other relevant discipline.
Candidate with SAFe, SPS, PAL, PSM, PMP, PMI-ACP, DASM, CSM, CAPM, PRINCE2, CAPM certification(s) will be preferred.
Minimum 8 Years of relevant professional experience working for the organizations delivering IT and ITeS service to international clients.
Hands-on experience of project management tools like Microsoft Project, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana, Confluence, or Trello to audit efficiency and inspect progress.
In depth understanding of the SDLC models, processes, procedures and best practices.
Detailed knowledge of Project Estimation, Project Charter, Project Plan, Communication Plan, Risk Management Plan, Variance Logs, and Project Retrospective Reports.
Comprehensive knowledge of delivering software projects using Agile methodologies.
Complete knowledge of delivering software products using Scrum framework.
Ability to coach teams for values and best practices to become self-organized, cross-functional and high-performance delivery champions.
Knowledge of Engineering KPIs along with Lean, Agile, Scrum, Kanban metrics to meaningfully measure, monitor and improve teams' performance.
Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation and facilitation skills for reporting, coaching, and evidence-based decision making.
Ability to receive feedback constructively from Leadership and teams for continuous improvement.
