Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures for the Administration and Operation in the organization .He will have experience in dealing with multiple teams and willing to act as a central point of contact .
Successful candidates will demonstrate attention-to-detail and will be driven by challenges and cross-functional collaboration to drive product-led growth and excellence.
Job Description:
- Knowledge of administration Operation , and facilitation management
- Knowledge of office maintenance and inventory of machinery, equipment, electrical and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of managing teams of operational staffs including lower staffs, security, transportation, etc.
- Experience in dealing and negotiating with different types of vendors for rent, procurement, issuance and installation of office, building, hardware, and electrical items, etc. Understands and experience in maintenance of budget, accounts and contracts.
Moreover, successful Candidates will demonstrate strong people and leadership skills to effectively Partner up with other teammates. Teamwork lies at the heart of Car-first's culture and values.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Experience with emergency management planning and risk management.
- Proven ability or experience in handling and managing critical, sensitive or complex matters in a confidential and professional manager.
- Ability to travel between different locations occasionally on short notice.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Should have good communication and presentation skills.
