1. Provide knowledgeable answers to customer social media,phone and e-mail inquiries regarding products and brands.

2.Assist clients on order-on-line.

3.Deal with orders in the back office and liaise with logistics.

4.Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers.

5.Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in industry.

6.Develop collaborative,positive working relationships with staff at our workplace.

7.Assist customers with after-sales service issues.

8.Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand.

9.Able to communicate concisely our company policies to client.

10.Maintain and update regular client correspondence.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
