RESPONSIBILITIES:
Golden Rule: When someone takes the time out to drive to a fitness club, you have to really do an awesome job so that the person doesn’t leave without buying a membership.
To ensure the Membership Consultant achieves their agreed Monthly Sales Goal and through hands-on Service approach in line with company objective.
Enrol new members to the fitness facility and deliver clear thorough membership options to all potential new members
To deliver excellent customers service to all club members and non-members
Drive new memberships sales daily, weekly and monthly
Approach corporate institutions to sell corporate membership solutions
Be dedicated to providing an excellent after-service through a positive customer service approach and regular follow up
Perform additional duties assigned by the Club Manager and willing to work more than contracted hours.
Skills:
Possess a good command of the English language
Be a Self-starter and hold strong organizational skills
A strong positive, motivational, and interpersonal skills
Enjoy meeting people and maintain a good rapport with members by regular updates
Be flexible in regard to club placement and club changes as per Management discretion
Be target focused
