Responsibilities:
To ensure the TriFit brand purpose is reflected in your attitude, actions, behaviors and results.
To deliver excellent customers service to all club visitors
To create the best first impressions
Lives the brand
To be knowledgeable in all aspects of the club operations and be able to provide information i.e. TriFit club rules and regulations, class timetables, promotions, club events
Responsible for the smooth daily operations of the Front Desk
Perform the scheduled working hours and reporting to work on time in TriFit uniform
Ensure that the club opens on time and the Front Desk is ready to receive members
Maintain cleanliness of the Front desk at all times, ensure the desk is well stocked at all times
No mobile phone policy applies at Front Desk at all times
Never allow for the front desk to be unmanned
To conduct monthly service calls
Ensure all cancellation requests are directed to the Club Manager or logged down for follow up
Meet 100% membership application and supporting documents encoding
Must ensure that all membership dues and payments are correctly entered into the system
Attend regular meetings as conducted by the Club Manager
Meet deadlines and follows company processes & procedures Handle and take ownership of guest comments and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Skills and Capabilities
· possess a good command of the English language
· be a Self-starter and hold strong organizational skills
· a strong positive, motivational, and interpersonal skills
· enjoy meeting people and maintain a good rapport with members by regular updates
· be flexible in regard to club placement and club changes as per Management discretion
