What you’ll be doing:
Create, execute, and drive a variety of paid search strategies geared to drive leads and sales for our clients.
Consistently obtaining a 2.5+ roas
Proven experience from scaling a product or store from $0 to 10k sales per month profitability
Ability to create ad copy for adwords to streamline lead generation
Trouble shoot campaigns and optimise for conversion
Identify funnel issues and provide recommondations to optimise results
Understand what marketing angle to provide to a product in order to sell
Experience both with lead generation and purchase campaigns
Monitor and analyse campaign performance to meet key performance goals
Monitor the search share and search position and provide necessary tracking and reporting
Daily optimisation of accounts for continual improvement
Effectively translate data to make key informed decisions
Research keyword data using PPC tools and software
Liaise with our Copywriting team to effectively communicate campaign messaging
Ensure SEM supports and aligns to the broader digital marketing plan, working closely with the Social Media team members and agency partner
Proactively identify opportunities to increase performance results, test and continually evolve strategy.
A strong understanding of advertising event tracking, custom conversions and attribution modelling.
Experience using Google and Facebook Analytics & Google Tag Manager.
What we need:
Someone who values quality; you care about craftsmanship and take pride in their work.
Minimum 3 years paid search experience with Google Ads, Google Shopping, & Display.
Ideally has strong ecommerce experience.
A passion for learning and enhancing your existing skills.
