Your Role:
While there will never be a typical day at Symmetry Group, here are a few exciting responsibilities highlighted for you:
Work under the leadership of the Creative/Content Manager and in the direction of Strategy and design teams to complete tasks
Know how to curate crisp, creative copies that fit well with both the audience and the brands Work on DVC/TVC Concepts, ideas and scripting
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to come up with Big/Campaign ideas.
Strong organizational skills to work efficiently and effectively in both personal time management and the ability to extend such practices across a team
Ability to multitask, manage simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Qualities and Characteristics:
Bachelor’s degree in Media/Social Sciences, Business, Mass Communication, Advertising or related fields from reputable institutions is preferred
At least 1-3 years of work experience in an advertising agency environment
A portfolio that demonstrates compelling ideas and interactive experiences, strong conceptual thinking, a track record of diverse experiences, and a refined thought process
Must have exceptional communication, public speaking, presentation and PowerPoint skills
Research industry trends to apply in ideas
Knowledge of how to build a brand from scratch
Exceptional presentation skills to be a client-facing representative as needed
