Deputy Manager (Planning)
Job Purpose
To perform Power System analysis and studies for EHT network. Developing new transmission expansion plans along with assistance in preparing scope of work and developing tender documents, BOQs.
Education
Incumbent should be B.E in Electrical from a reputable institution.
Knowledge & Skills
Proficient in PSSE software (developing Load flow, short circuit, Dynamic study cases and PSSE compatible files).
Experience
Applicant should have relevant working experience of minimum 4-5 years. (Especially in System studies)
Duties And Responsibilities
To conduct power system studies (Load flow, short circuit, and dynamic stability studies) on PSSE software.
To review reports on system studies submitted by consultant
To provide support and assistance in preparation of network expansion plan by developing high level transmission network expansion scope through result obtained from studies and various inputs.
To identify bottle necks of EHT network and provide mitigation and solution for those bottle necks.
To develop the network expansion project and assist in preparation of its scope of work with BOQ
To develop the tender Document for review.
To conduct the prequalification for new vendors by reviewing submitted bids and verifying attached documents.
To Conduct surveys for preparing plans and developing project execution scheme.
To conduct the technical evaluation of the bids.
To perform any other assignment as assigned by Line Manager.
To conduct Pre-qualification of Contractors.
To follow company's HSEQ policies and procedures .
