Job Description
Specific industry experience in Consumer Technical Goods including IT, Telecom, Consumer Electronics, or Home Appliances is strongly preferred.
Daily Quality checks on base of an automated created iQC Sample
Responsible for correct setting of iQC Rating as a quality proof and a base for further QC analysis
Ensures global quality standards
Supports in analyzing Quality results
Supports in liaising with relevant coding divisions to identify gaps in data quality, areas of improvements and agrees on a timeline to improve the specific areas
Reviews and discusses improvement on GCQ QC processes
Supports project that aim at implementing new QC means
May respond to internal or external customer complaints with the help of Senior.
