JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will take on a series of projects from inception to completion and participate in the overall Operations (DEX Department). This will consist of:
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Follow up with 3PLs and Finance team to ensure all relevant tasks are completed on time.
Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Providing administrative support as needed.
Undertaking project tasks as required.
Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA/QUALIFICATION:
Education: Bachelor's from top Engineering and Business School
Background in Project Management (PM Tools/Software Knowledge is a plus)
Having above 2-4 years of logistics or e-commerce background
Should have an entrepreneurship mindset & result-oriented
Having problem-solving and analytical skills
Should have know-how to manage priorities and should be able to meet deadlines
Highly adaptable to quickly changing environment
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to drive and manage cross-functional teams and cross-cultural stakeholder
