Digital Marketing Executive
Advance Fitness is Pakistan’s leading fitness brand, operating since 1979. We are looking for a digital marketing executive to lead growth on our digital channels. This is a very exciting opportunity to scale a successful brand, with a lean start-up mindset, and we’re looking for a young and energetic team player to lead the way!
The Role:
- Manage social media and e-commerce channels to increase brand awareness, create user engagement and following, and drive e-commerce sales
- Get high-quality content made for social media and eCommerce store, define and find target customers and plan content calendar, leveraging learnings from global fitness brands
- Lead organic and paid advertising efforts through effective targeting of customers and utilizing ad budgets efficiently with measurable ROI
- Manage and moderate customer queries, feedback, and reviews
- Analyze customer data via google analytics and provide key insights to improve customer experience and drive sales
- Work cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and content creation to deliver superior e-commerce experiences
- Lead integration efforts for inventory, payments, logistics, and other capabilities
- Collaborate with other brands, gyms, and individuals to increase reach
- Manage product content integrity on e-commerce store and other channels
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University with a creative background and great communication skills who can work independently
- Minimum 1 year of full-time experience within e-commerce
- Must be able to lead projects from start to finish with minimum supervision
- Must be a team player who understands the flexibility required to work in a start-up
- An interest in Health and Fitness is a plus

** The candidate must be based in Karachi, Pakistan. However, this position will be remote and only requires some travel to our office.
