Work closely with the Country BDM and Sales Support team to contribute to the route-to-market strategy for the target customers
Develop targets for key accounts within the allocated region and meet regularly with the customers to track, monitor, and report on the performance against the agreed targets
Work closely with customers to identify any product-related or sales-related issues and provide feedback to the relevant team internally
Act as the first point of contact for key customers to assist in resolving issues and collecting payments, and follow up with logistics to ensure delivery of products as per the agreed timelines
