Establish a sales training program to train new employees.
Meet with sales managers to assess company performance.

Work cross functionally with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Business Operations, Market Access, and Executive Leadership) to achieve department and company objectives.
Business Development New Tie ups and Revenue Management.
Promotion Dealer & Distributor management, Team Management, Quality Control Measures.
Data Tracking & Analysis and consistently delivering the responsibilities of Revenue Generation & Profitability.
Customer Satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
