Provide support to all the clients; clear all their queries and turn it into a potential sale for the organization.
Maintains associations with customers by offering help and direction, looking into and suggesting new chances.
Prepares reports by gathering and breaking down data.
Provide and maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Establishing, keeping and growing a customer base while suitably satisfying the requirements of existing customers.
Generating leads and building a network for opportunity referrals.
An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
Problem breakdown skills.
Good communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal).
Honest, hardworking and a good team player
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from HEC recognized university.
Experience: 1-2 years of related experience.
